2. Collectible and Trading Card Products

Due to the collectible nature of Pokémon and hobby products, some items have specific return conditions.

For collectible products:

  • Products must remain unopened and sealed unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

  • Opened trading card packs, booster boxes, individual cards, or collectible items may not be eligible for return because their condition and value can change after opening.

  • Returns may be refused if products show signs of use, damage, tampering, or missing original packaging.

We recommend carefully inspecting your order upon delivery before opening sealed collectible products.


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if:

  • Your item arrives damaged.

  • You receive the wrong product.

  • A product has a manufacturing defect.

To help us resolve the issue, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the problem

  • Clear photos or videos showing the damage or issue

After reviewing your request, we will provide instructions for the next steps.


4. Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Opened collectible card products

  • Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling

  • Items without original packaging

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items (when clearly marked)

This does not affect your legal rights where applicable.


5. Return Process

To request a return:

  3. Wait for return approval and instructions.

  4. Ship the approved return item according to our instructions.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

  • The return is due to an error caused by Tgcpoke.

Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

At this time, we do not guarantee direct exchanges.

10. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot always be canceled.

If cancellation is approved before shipment, a full refund may be issued.


11. Refunds for Lost Packages

If tracking information shows that an order was delivered, but you cannot locate it, please:
