Pre-Order Policy

At Tgcpoke, we offer selected products through pre-order when available. Pre-orders allow customers to reserve upcoming or limited-availability hobby products before they are officially released or restocked.

This Pre-Order Policy explains how pre-orders work, estimated release dates, payment terms, cancellations, and shipping procedures.

1. What Is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order is an order placed for a product that is not currently available for immediate shipment.

By placing a pre-order, you are reserving an item that will be shipped once it becomes available from our inventory.

Pre-order products are clearly identified on the product page.

2. Pre-Order Availability

Pre-order availability is based on:

  • Manufacturer release schedules

  • Supplier inventory

  • Product allocation

  • Availability of limited-edition items

Because hobby and collectible products may have limited production quantities, we cannot guarantee that every pre-order will be fulfilled if supply availability changes unexpectedly.

If we are unable to fulfill your pre-order, we will notify you and issue a refund for the unavailable item.

3. Payment for Pre-Orders

Payment is required at the time the pre-order is placed.

By completing a pre-order purchase, you authorize Tgcpoke to process payment immediately and reserve the product for you.

Pre-order prices are the prices displayed at checkout and may not be adjusted after purchase.

4. Estimated Release and Shipping Dates

Pre-order release dates are estimates provided based on available manufacturer or supplier information.

Release dates may change due to:

  • Manufacturer delays

  • Production issues

  • Shipping delays

  • Supply chain interruptions

  • Other circumstances outside our control

Tgcpoke will make reasonable efforts to provide updates if significant delays occur.

5. Shipping Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items will be shipped after they become available.

If your order contains both in-stock products and pre-order products, your items may be:

  • Shipped together when all items are available, or

  • Shipped separately depending on availability and shipping arrangements

Additional shipping charges may apply only when clearly communicated before shipment.

6. Pre-Order Cancellations

Pre-order cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible.

Once a pre-order has been processed, prepared for shipment, or allocated from our supplier, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Approved cancellations will be refunded according to our refund process.

7. Pre-Order Returns and Refunds

Pre-order products are subject to the same return requirements as other products sold by Tgcpoke.

Returns must comply with our Return and Refund Policy.

For collectible products:

  • Opened products may not be eligible for return.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging when applicable.

8. Product Changes and Variations

For collectible products, manufacturers may change:

  • Packaging design

  • Product details

  • Included accessories

  • Artwork or presentation

Minor changes made by the manufacturer do not qualify as defects or reasons for cancellation.

9. Limited Quantity Products

Some pre-order products may have limited availability.

Placing a pre-order does not guarantee unlimited availability, and quantities may be restricted to ensure fair access for customers.
